Filter Strength
Best coffee seems to be:
- pour in water
- wait for 30? seconds
- swirl to break up grounds
- wait for as long as possible (5+ mins)
This is the method from James Hoffmann, but with extra long waiting. I'll call it Hoffmann+
Hoffmann's recommendation for amount of grounds:
- Light roast: ~55 grams extract a lot
- Dark roast: 60-65 grams, extract a little bit less
