"Espresso" Strength

  1. grind 17g at 10 clicks
  2. put grounds into upside down aeropress
  3. add 55g of 90° water, over 10 seconds
  4. swirl aggressively for 15 seconds
  5. flip and press quickly, preferably within 5 seconds

Surprisingly nice, espresso-esque coffee, although it is a bit sour?
