Filter Strength

todoBest coffee seems to be:

  • pour in water
  • wait for 30? seconds
  • swirl to break up grounds
  • wait for as long as possible (5+ mins)

This is the method from James Hoffmann, but with extra long waiting. I'll call it Hoffmann+

Hoffmann's recommendation for amount of grounds:

  • Light roast: ~55 grams extract a lot
  • Dark roast: 60-65 grams, extract a little bit less
